We deliver products ordered on the instax.co.nz website to New Zealand addresses only and do not make deliveries to Private Bags or P O Box addresses. You shall notify us immediately of a change to your delivery address.
We aim to have your instax product(s) with you within 10 Business Days from receipt of your instax.co.nz order. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to comply with that time frame, it is a guideline only and we accept no liability should it take longer than 10 Business Days for you to receive your instax product(s).
We can deliver instax product(s) either to the billing address associated with your payment card or to an alternative address as specified in the delivery instructions you provide when you place your order.
Delivery will be made by courier. The cost of delivery is additional to the cost of your instax product(s) and will be automatically added to your order at the payment stage. The cost of delivery is $6 for orders under $50. Delivery is free for orders over $50.
Delivery of your instax product(s) shall be deemed to occur at the time your instax product is dispatched to you from our warehouse. All risk of loss or damage in relation to your instax product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery.
Our Refund Policy (see below) will apply where your instax product(s) does not reach you in satisfactory condition.
If you are not totally satisfied with your instax product(s)
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your instax product(s). However, if for some reason you are not, or if your instax product(s) are damaged or faulty in any way, you may return your instax product(s) and we may either send you another Instax product(s) or arrange a full refund.
We will accept returns, provided you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org of your wish to return the instax product within 7 days after the date of receipt of your instax product. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the instax product, you will be deemed to be totally satisfied with the instax product. The instax product must be in the same condition you received it and the original packaging/labelling. You are responsible for the cost of returning the instax product to us.
Returning Instax product(s)
If you are returning instax product(s) then, until you do so, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them. Instax product(s) must be returned unused in the original packaging together with a copy of the dispatch note that you received with your instax product(s).
Cancelling your order before we have dispatched it
If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, please contact us immediately and provided production of your instax product(s) has not commenced we will cancel your order and arrange for a full refund. Please inform us in writing of your wish to cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com. You will need to give us the order number you received in your confirmation email as well as your name and address.
On rare occasions, an instax product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged instax product, please call us within 48 hours on 0800 242 646 and we will send a pre-paid bag to enable you to return your order to us at no cost to you. We will then either refund the cost of the instax product plus the delivery charges paid (from original order) or replace your instax product with the same product if available.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving notification from you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for the instax site.
Refunds are made to the credit card number that you used to make the original purchase. Courier charges are not refundable.
